Our ground floor duplex is on the outskirts of Torrevieja on the Costa Blanca, about 20 miles south of Alicante. It has it's own south facing walled patio, can accommodate a maximum of five and is available for either short or long term holiday lets throughout the year. It has a separate fully fitted kitchen. It's southern aspect also makes this a warm apartment for winter rentals as well as a total sun-trap for all you sun seekers out there. It also has its own private residents pool, which is open all year round, is key operated and has its own lifeguard in the summer months.

Torrevieja is an ideal location for a summer or winter sun holiday with an average of 320 days sunshine each year.

It is also ideally placed for a short golf break with four courses all within 20 minutes of the apartment.

There are bars, restaurants, supermarkets, an Aqua-park, Bowling Alley and a new impressive Sports Complex all within walking distance. It is a popular area close to salt lakes and nature parks, suitable for walking and cycling.

It is a 5 minute drive from Torrevieja town centre and beaches There is a bus stop nearby with a regular bus service to the town centre and blue flag beaches so therefore car hire is not essential.

The property is well equipped and immaculately maintained.

The accommodation comprises of two bedrooms, one double and one twin and one bathroom (with shower). There is a hairdryer available. The living room has a sofabed and a standard sofa with English satellite television along with a radio and CD player. For those not so sunny days (not many we hope!) there is a PS One with games, board games and books. For your comfort ceiling fans are fitted in all rooms.
