beautiful swimming pool with a garden and palm trees. A private
car parking space is provided in the secure garage under the
building, with internal access to the apartment. This apartment is
push chair / wheel chair friendly with only three steps at the
outside entrance.
The entrance to the apartment is
accessible from the Avenue “P- Ray Teodomiro* of which the
property is situated in the second archway on the left hand side.
The surrounding area (to the right) is grassed and has various
palm trees, flowering plants, cacti and displays of volcanic rock.
It is particularly ideal for relaxation in the early
morning/evening.
Three small steps lead to the front
door of the apartment, situated at the left of the hallway. The
front door is dressed in a traditional Spanish grill gate which
leads directly into the welcoming apartment.
We consider the apartment very much
as a “special place to relax” with all the home comforts you would
want to enjoy during your stay.
Our intentions are to ensure that
you have an enjoyable and memorable experience, whether your time
spent is a few days or a matter of weeks. Why not relax in the sun
with a bottle of your favourite wine, read a novel, go for a swim,
play golf or investigate the beautiful surroundings of Las Ramblas
all with out leaving this secure up market golf complex.
The Las Ramblas golf course is a
secure “gated community”, with only one entrance. This
entrance is manned by on-site security guards (CRAC) on a 24 hour
basis. The security guards also make regular patrols of the entire
complex whilst all the apartments have roll down security blinds
on the windows and the patio doors. Extraneously there is also a
burglar alarm system connected to the CRAC onsite office.
