Not strictly in the
Torrevieja area the house is just a 10minute drive from
Alicante Airport and the cosmopolitan town of Alicante North. With a
10 minute drive to Santa Pola to the South.

The
house is set in a beautiful new urbanization of Altomar 1 which is
in the village of Gran Alacant with easy walking distance of shops,
bars, banks and the new medical centre. With roof top views over
Alicante bay.
The entrance to the house is by its
own access gate to a tiled courtyard being big enough to park a car
securely. There is also a covered patio area surrounded by ornate
railings ideal for sitting out on those warm evenings. A flight of
six steps takes you to the front door which leads into the main hall
way. To the left a flight of marble stairs which lead away to the
fist level, straight ahead is the door for the cloakroom which
consists of a fully decorate tiled area with matching sink, wc and
shower unit. To the left is an open archway leading into the airy
living /dining area. From the above communal area you will get
the first sight of the Mediterranean Sea which is in walking
distance and a couple minutes by car. There you will find a
protected stretch of golden white sand dunes, rock pools and 4km of
sandy beach. No crowds to fight here, just for your own enjoyment,
children friendly shallow waters. This is a nature reserve and has a
blue flag status. The beautiful city of Alicante is 25minutes
away with quality shopping at hand, one for the ladies not to be
missed. For the golfers in the family there are four courses near by
to championship standard. For the younger members of the
family there are the Theme Parks of Benidorm being approximately 40
minutes away by car. At Mundomar you will find
Dolphins/penguins/flamingos/sea lions and other exotic creatures.
Next door is Aqualandia which is the best water park we have ever
been to. Also a trip to Terramitica is a must but not for the faint
hearted members of the family, the rides are exhilarating and hard
to beat. This house is an ideal holiday base for discovering all the
attractions of the area. The house is 12 months old, well
appointed. All windows have drop down roller blinds, there are
security grills to all down stairs windows and doors, including the
roof solarium area.
This area is bright and very spacious
area large enough to accommodate six people in comfort. It is
furnished in a modern style with various paintings; there is a free
standing up-lighter and ceiling light/fan. As well as a high
capacity air conditioning system this can reverse to supply heating
in the out of season months.
The sitting area contains two
comfortable sofas with green throws and plenty of fashionable
cushions, being arranged around a decorative floor carpet in front
of the front patio doors. All floors are laid to decorative
terracotta tiles providing a cool surface when warm.
The television is connected to Sky
Digital which allows users to view a variety of different programs,
films and series. There are 25 channels in English and 5 in Spanish.
A DVD player is included for viewing/playing your favourite films/cds
– why not bring some of your own favourite music. The dining
area has an extendable dining room table and chairs that cater
comfortable seating for four people. Also situated in the room
is a wall unit with books, dvds, cds and local information.
Please feel free to leave unwanted
novels, magazines and publications of activities for the next
visitors. A guest book is available for you to record your
experiences, so that others may benefit from your recommendations.

of quality wood units with grey granite/ marble working surfaces and
ornate splash-backs. Equipment provided includes a ceramic wipe hob,
oven with rotisserie, large fridge freezer, washing machine,
microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, electric filter, steam
iron, ironing board and coffee maker.

and a clothes line for drying your wet clothes.
The large master bedroom has a 3 speed
programmable floor standing fan unit for those warm nights. Electric
radiators are supplied for out of season months for the three
bedrooms.
The bedroom has a fitted double bed
and two bedside drawer units including two table lamps. There are
large fitted wardrobes with plenty of clothes hangers and internal
shelving unit for small items leaving plenty of room for suitcases.
The up market en-suite bathroom room is of modern design; entirely
clad in quality ornate tiles from floor to ceiling with matching
sink with mirror, wc, bidet and bath with wall shower unit.
Separate halogen and ceiling lighting provides excellent
illumination.
This bedroom is large with plenty of
space fitted with telephone and aerial point.
Bedroom 2 is in the
middle of the house off the main corridor and contains two single
beds with quality covers separated by a bedside table and lamp.
A free standing double wardrobe
with sliding doors is provided, with plenty of hangers and storage.
A free standing 3 speed fan unit is supplied for those warm nights.
This bedroom is over double size.
Bedroom 2 is in the middle of the
house off the main corridor and contains two single beds with
quality covers separated by a bedside table and lamp.
A free standing double
wardrobe with sliding doors is provided, with plenty of hangers and
storage. A free standing 3 speed fan unit is supplied for
those warm nights. This bedroom is over double size.
Bedroom 3 is to the back of the house contains two single beds with
quality covers separated by a bedside table/draw unit with a table
lamp and shade.
A fitted double
wardrobe with sliding doors is provided with plenty of hangers and
storage for your suit cases. This bedroom is over king size.
The large family bathroom is situated
off the main bedroom hall, by the stair well landing going up to the
open roof solarium /viewing area. The room is tiled from floor
to ceiling in decorative ceramic tiles and has an easy wipe floor.
There is a white wash basin set with a mirror behind for
shaving/grooming. The room is lit separately by halogen and ceiling
lights. Also available is a wc, bidet and bath /shower unit.
The ground floor terrace is situated
beyond the sitting room and is accessible via the double patio
doors. The terrace over looks the front courtyard of the
house. Situated under the covered part of the terrace is a
table seating four – it is possible to have shelter from the sun
whenever you wish. For those preferring to sunbathe, sun-loungers
are provided. There is also a large private roof solarium for
those who want privacy; three sun beds with drinks table are
available. Also sited is a large patio table and chairs with a jumbo
wind up sun parasol. This area is great for viewing the lovely
scenery which includes the local mountain ranges and the bay of
Alicante. Dusk viewing is essential for those romantic photos!
There is a secure “residence only”
landscaped communal swimming pool area with mature palm trees,
children’s pool, play area and tennis court. You will be issued with
a coded entry key fob on arrival.
